Directions:
In a blender add, garlic, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, chicken broth, and blend until smooth.
In non-stick skillet heat the oil over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the rice stir continuously until the rice has all toasted evenly. Add the tomato sauce, stir and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and fluffy.
