Ingredients:
- 3 platanos machos (plantain)
- 1/4 cup of vino Jerez (Sherry - wine)
- 3/4 of sugar ( divide in 2 parts)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of butter
Directions:
Peel the bananas, and cut thin slices lengthwise. In a comal or cast iron skillet, melt the butter and fry the bananas. Once the bananas have been evenly cooked, place them on a plate. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar evenly all over the bananas. Mix the Sherry with the vanilla and pour it over the bananas. In a small bowl add the cream and remaining sugar, mix well together and pour it over the bananas.
