Escamochas

 
                                                                              
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 6 fresh strawberries washed, and cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of  cantaloupe cut into small pieces
  • 1 fresh peach peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup of mango cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of Mexican papaya
  • 1/2 a red apple cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of seedless watermelon cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of your favorite granola
 
 
Directions:
 
In a bowl add all the fruit, orange juice, condensed milk, coconut, and mix everything together with  fork.  While mixing the ingredients, give them a slight smash with the fork.
 
Serving suggestions:
 
Serve the escamochas in small cups and top with more granola and a drizzle of condensed milk.
