Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 6 fresh strawberries washed, and cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup of cantaloupe cut into small pieces
- 1 fresh peach peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of pineapple cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup of mango cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of Mexican papaya
- 1/2 a red apple cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of seedless watermelon cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of your favorite granola
Directions:
In a bowl add all the fruit, orange juice, condensed milk, coconut, and mix everything together with fork. While mixing the ingredients, give them a slight smash with the fork.
Serving suggestions:
Serve the escamochas in small cups and top with more granola and a drizzle of condensed milk.
