Jericallas

                                                                                      
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 egg yolks 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • hot water as needed

 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
 
In a blender add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, egg yolks, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and mix well until smooth. Pour the mixture in 6 individual 6oz souffle dishes. Put all the  souffle dishes  in a 13x9 baking pan. Pour hot water of about 1 inch into the large baking pan.  Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until jericallas have set or  toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely on a cooling rack, and then refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours before eating.
