Ingredients:
 
  • 4 cups of corn kernels
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
 
Directions:
 
Preheat oven 350
In a blender add all the ingredients together and blend well.
 
In a 9x12 greased baking pan, pour all the mixture and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
 
Serving suggestions:
Preferably served cold. Keep refrigerated.
