  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup of all purpose flower
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
  • vegetable cooking oil for frying
  • garlic salt

Directions:

In a large glass tray or dish  lay the fish fillets. Season the fillets with garlic salt and pepper to taste on each side. Pour the milk on top of the fillets.
Lay the all purpose flour on a tray. With a fork mix the eggs.  In another dish add the seasoned bread crumbs.
Pass the fillets one by one through the all purpose flour covering both sides of each fillet.
One by one pass the fillets through the eggs.
Lay the fillets one by one on the bread crumbs pressing them down with your fingers to make sure you get an even coating.
In a skillet on medium heat add the oil. Cook the fillets  for about 7 to 10 minutes until you get a light golden crisp, flip the fillets only once when cooking.
After the fillets are cooked place them on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
