Ingredients: - 4 red ripe tomatoes
- 4 Serrano peppers
- 1/2 cup of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of beer
- Salt
- 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro
Directions: In a blender add all the ingredients together and pulse (not mix) until you get to the desired consistency of the salsa. Serving suggestions: This salsa goes great with char-broiled chicken or carne asada. |
