Ingredients:
- 6 jalapeño peppers
- 1 large tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Directions:
In a small pot add the jalapeño peppers, tomato, and cover with water. Bring to a boil cover and continue to cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until jalapeños have cooked through.
In a blender add the garlic, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, tomato, 1 cup of water, salt to taste and mix until well blended.
