Salsa Verde para marisco (for seafood)

                                                                                            
 
 Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup of chopped onion 
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, stems removed 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pit removed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 a lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup of water 
Directions:
 
In a blender add all the ingredients together and blend well until smooth. 
 
Serving suggestions:
This salsa goes great with fish tacos, shrimp tacos or almost any type of seafood. To prevent it from turning brown: add a pit of the avocado in the salsa where it is being served.
